Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This position is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, providing administrative support, and helping maintain an efficient and welcoming office environment.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

Respond to general questions and route inquiries to the appropriate department

Manage calendars, appointments, conference rooms, and meeting schedules

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

Maintain a clean and organized reception and common area

Perform data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and document preparation

Draft and distribute basic correspondence and internal communications

Order and maintain office supplies

Assist with meeting preparation and company events

Maintain visitor logs and follow established security procedures

Provide general administrative support to departments as needed

Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional appearance and friendly demeanor

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office equipment

Accurate typing and data-entry skills

Dependable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
