Job Description

Position Summary

Provides administrative and operational support including maintaining records, processing documents, performing research and supporting day-to-day office functions.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with Customer Service on payment issues including check loss and re-issuance

Research tenant inquiries, unclaimed property and delinquent tenant payments

Process and determine action steps on incoming mail

Respond to basic inquiries and route messages as needed

Organize, scan, file, and retrieve physical and electronic documents

Support internal teams with reporting and general clerical tasks

Follow company procedures for recordkeeping and confidentiality

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (including excel)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
