ARMA is seeking an ALL-SOURCE ANALYST with a deep understanding of online data sources, social media, digital identities, and associated tradecraft. You will leverage this expertise to produce in-depth analysis and related analytical products for the customer. The ideal candidate has exceptional problem-solving skills and expert-level proficiency in open-source research tradecraft, social media platforms, and security and privacy TTPs.
HOW AN ALL-SOURCE ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Utilize Publicly/Commercially Available Information (PAI/CAI) with and without tools
Identifies open-source/ PAI sources to support full spectrum open-source targeting assessments to determine pattern of life attributes and the identity of threat actors.
Ability to synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into coherent reports/documents
Use Open-Source/PAI analytical methodologies to identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts targeting the customers' equities.
Conduct industry analysis using a variety of data sources to include (social media, Internet, Commercial and Open-Source Databases) to create products.
Gather, analyze, and evaluate data pertaining to operations, and organizations in support of force protection and identity data management efforts.
Experience conducting online research and analysis for discovering vulnerabilities and threats.
Performs analysis and research for national security, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.
Prepares assessment of current threats and trends based on the research and analysis of PAI/CAI data
Perform link analysis on new and existing networks in order to identify access vectors and vulnerabilities.
Provides continuous monitoring, expert analysis, and assessment of global, trans-regional, regional, and tailored areas of online media and news sources.
Familiarity with Boolean search methodologies
Keeps abreast of emerging technologies and professional developments to remain current in the field and for application to work assignments.
Ability to work independently and meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, coordinate participation and input in the development of assessment plans.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bring your All- Source Analyst expertise and drive for innovation to ARMA. The All-Source Analyst must have:
Education: BA/BS or equivalent
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a multi-disciplined all-source intelligence analyst, ideally having had experience in open-source research.
Technical skills: Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of operating within a SharePoint Environment a plus.
Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI clearance
Familiar with DoW or Special Operations
Excellent Communications.
Strong writing, oral, and interpersonal skills to draft complex analysis and concisely convey relevance to senior government officials.

The likely salary range for this position is $78,200 - $105,800. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
