As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Technology in Dublin, OH , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Sat11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Sun11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage corporate or restaurant-related location.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the business, parking areas, entrances, exterior perimeter, and adjacent grounds to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
