As a Security Officer Unarmed - Logistics in Jackson, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and communicate professionally with patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to healthcare staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including building entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, report suspicious activity or policy violations, and help to deter unauthorized access.

Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
