This position evaluates, repairs, tests and troubleshoots hydraulic components.
Machinist/Cylinder Technician
This is a Direct Hire position
Starting at $22.50+ DOE
Responsibilities
. All activities associated with the tear down, inspection, and repair and testing of hydraulic components
. Machining capabilities to manufacture cylinder components
. Welding as required
. Work overtime as required to complete projects/assignments
. Complete all training classes as assigned
. Adhere to safety regulations and procedures when performing tasks
. Perform other essential and related duties as assigned
Requirements
. Previous experience with using a manual lathe & end mill is required
. Hydraulic experience with repair/ troubleshooting preferred, but not required
. Ability to work within a team
. Strong written and verbal communication skills
. Attention to detail and organization
. Strong math skills
. Hand tools required
. Ability to read measuring tools/gauges
