Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex manufacturing programs from planning through execution. This individual will drive cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, oversee program financials, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple large-scale programs and serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

Drive program execution, schedule management, risk mitigation, and financial performance.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance.

Provide executive-level reporting on project status, budgets, risks, and resource needs.

Manage change requests, customer invoicing, and contract compliance.

Partner with manufacturing teams to resolve issues and meet production objectives.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of program or project management experience, including leadership responsibility.

Experience managing programs in a manufacturing environment.

Strong background in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and customer-facing communication.

Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Project.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programs successfully. PMP Certification.

Experience supporting fabrication, welding, or heavy manufacturing operations.

Knowledge of Power BI, Smartsheet, and IFS ERP systems.
