As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while responding to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Tue05:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Wed05:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Fri05:00 AM - 10:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.

Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate observations with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least one year of security-related experience.

A Guard Card/License is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed role.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
