As an EV Concierge, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers, answering questions, solving problems, and creating an outstanding ownership experience. What You'll Do
Serve as a product expert for electric vehicles and related services
Assist customers via phone, chat, and email with questions regarding vehicle features, ordering, reservations, charging solutions, dealership support, service concerns, and recalls
Take ownership of customer inquiries from start to resolution
Educate customers on EV technology, charging options, and ownership benefits
Schedule dealership appointments and coordinate customer support needs
Research and resolve customer concerns while delivering a personalized experience
Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
Provide recommendations that improve the customer experience and overall satisfaction

20% Chat, Email, and Case Documentation
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
1+ years of customer service or call center experience
Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent computer navigation and typing proficiency
Ability to learn new technology, products, and systems quickly
Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
Professional demeanor with the ability to work with customers at all levels
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience
Experience supporting customers through phone, email, and chat channels
Understanding of electric vehicles or home charging solutions
Automotive, technology, or consumer product support experience
Training & Development
Comprehensive virtual training program lasting approximately 10 weeks

Fully remote position

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Warren, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
