We are looking for a friendly and organized Bilingual Spanish Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations in Lynwood, California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, enjoys assisting visitors, and can remain composed in a busy, customer-facing setting. The person in this role will help create a welcoming environment while handling administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers, vendors, and guests upon arrival and provide a courteous first point of contact.

Respond to inquiries in both English and Spanish, offering clear information and helpful guidance.

Route visitors and incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members in a timely manner.

Assist guests with questions about the facility, services, and general visit experience.

Keep the reception area neat, well organized, and ready to receive visitors throughout the day.

Complete clerical support work such as data entry, document organization, filing, and record maintenance.

Provide administrative assistance to internal staff as business needs arise.

Contribute to a positive customer experience by maintaining consistent, courteous service and responsiveness at all times.

Requirements - Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Prior experience in reception, front desk support, customer service, or administrative work is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and deliver attentive customer service.

Comfortable managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office equipment, including multi-line phone systems.
