As a private partnership, we believe our ownership structure fosters a long-term view that aligns our perspectives with those of our clients.# About the Role# The positionWe are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Private Investing Marketing team and help drive integrated, full-funnel marketing across a growing global platform spanning private equity, venture capital, and private credit.This role sits at the center of our marketing efforts owning end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, shaping platform and fund positioning, and ensuring alignment across channels, audiences, and teams. You will partner closely with design, content, PR, and investment teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing programs that support fundraising, brand building, and investor engagement.This role will play a central role in: Driving fundraising support across funds Strengthening our brand and market positioning Building scalable marketing processes and infrastructureCore responsibilities:Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns Own the planning and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns across channels, including: Client and prospect communications Internal communications Digital and content distribution Translate business priorities into cohesive, multi-channel campaign strategies Support marketing infrastructure and campaign mapping to improve scalability and efficiencyShape Positioning & Messaging Define and evolve platform, fund, and audience segmentation Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning frameworks Ensure consistency of narrative across campaigns, channels, and materialsDrive Brand & Narrative Evolution Contribute to the ongoing development of brand architecture and platform narrative Partner closely with PR to ensure alignment between internal messaging and external storytelling Help shape how the platform is positioned in a competitive and evolving marketManage External Partners Manage relationships with design agencies and external partners Provide clear direction, feedback, and quality control to ensure output meets brand and strategic standardsMeasure & Optimize Performance Partner with analytics to: Track campaign and fund-level performance Analyze engagement across channels Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectivenessDeliver Market & Competitive Insights Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends Synthesize insights to inform: Messaging Campaign strategy Product positioningPartner Across Functions Work closely with: Global marketing Investment teams Product team Editorial/Content lead Events Design PR Collaborate with the Editorial lead to: Integrate content into campaigns Align content planning with campaign priorities Ensure consistent distribution across channelsQualifications 8-10 years of experience in marketing, ideally within: Asset management, private markets, or financial services Experience owning end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong understanding of: Audience segmentation and positioning Content and campaign integration Marketing performance measurement Experience working across: Digital and offline channels Cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders Ability to: Translate complex ideas into clear messaging Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Balanc
