Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization , is seeking a Construction Manager 4 to join their team. You will be part of the Data Center Construction Department supporting cross-functional teams including Construction, Safety, QA/QC, Engineering, and Project Stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset , strong stakeholder management skills , and proactive problem-solving abilities , which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Construction Manager 4

Location: Annapolis Junction, MD

Pay Range: $77.45 - $83.42/hour

?? What's the Job?

Manage and oversee all construction activities, including constructability reviews, scheduling, QA/QC, and safety compliance.

Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans, tracking milestones, and directing the integration of technical activities.

Analyze project risks, resource needs, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.

Present project updates, reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Hold general contractors accountable for project execution, schedule adherence, and minimizing project risks.

? What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

8-10 years of construction management experience, preferably supporting large-scale data center projects.

Strong experience managing stakeholders and driving outcomes that align with business objectives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven problem-solving and organizational abilities.

PMP/PMI certification preferred; experience with Bluebeam and Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
