Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is looking for an Administrative Specialist IV to provide support for our government customer in Arlington, Virginia.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for performing administrative tasks in support of various functions.

Applies entry level skills and knowledge that relate to general administrative duties.

Performs specialized administrative duties in the areas of procurement, safety, security, communications, quality management, human resources, travel, accounting, finance, office management, property, and other similiar specialized tasks.

Can easily use standard office equipment: fax machines, computer/laptop.

Answering phones, sorting mail, preparing correspondence, filing, copying documents, calendar management, travel arrangements, data management, special projects, word processing, meeting planning, editing, and proofreading skills.

Performing and coordinating administrative duties which include manufacturing, preserving, retrieving, integrating information for staff and customers.

Preparing reports, correspondences, fiscal budgets, and other such required documentations for the organization.

Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

High School Diploma

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

6 years general experience

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

U.S. Citizen

Must have an active Secret Clearance

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

$90,000.00 - $96,000.00

The compensation range or hourly rate provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, internal equity, market conditions, and applicable laws.
