service. We\'re hiring a Plant Operations Manager to join County
Materials in Holmen, WI. Job Summary: Provides strategic leadership and
oversight of operational activities to ensure a safe, compliant, and
efficient work environment while driving performance, quality, and
continuous improvement. This role supports departmental operations by
managing resources, developing teams, overseeing budgets and capital
projects, and collaborating across functions to achieve business
objectives. The position is accountable for maintaining regulatory
compliance, fostering a strong safety culture, and aligning operational
execution with organizational goals and long-term growth strategies. Job
Duties & Responsibilities: Perform daily tasks related to operational
leadership, production management, safety compliance, and workforce
supervision. Operate, maintain, or inspect production equipment,
operational systems, facilities, and related resources as required.
Follow all safety procedures, regulations, and quality standards.
Support team operations in production, maintenance, environmental
compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with
infrequent or special tasks such as capital projects, budgeting
activities, workforce development, succession planning, strategic
planning, and cross-functional business initiatives. Perform other
