As a Security Officer Unarmed - Warehouse in Phoenix, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail distribution center, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and communicate professionally with team members and visitors. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Day Time

Mon12:30 PM - 08:30 PM

Tue12:30 PM - 08:30 PM

Fri05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

Sat05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

Sun05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
