Temp to Hire Opportunity
Shift: 2nd Shift / Monday through Friday / 2:30pm - 11:00pm + mandatory OT on weekend as needed

What's a typical day as Maintenance Technician? You'll be:
Performing preventative and predictive maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
Troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems, including motors, controls, sensors, relays, and AC/DC drives
Diagnosing mechanical failures with hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, and drive systems
Supporting troubleshooting of PLC-controlled equipment and performing basic fault tracing and component replacement
Reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, ladder logic, and technical manuals
Maintaining and repairing HVAC and facility support systems
Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent repeat failures
Documenting maintenance activities and work orders in SAP
Collaborating with Engineering and Production teams to improve equipment uptime and reliability
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives focused on OEE, reliability, and process stability
Following OSHA and company safety standards, including LOTO procedures
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
Bring 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (required)
Have at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience as a mechanic or technician (required)
Possess strong electrical diagnostics skills (120V-480V systems), and experience troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
Can read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and technical documentation
Are skilled in documentation and communication
Have 2+ years of experience working on molding machines (required)
Preferably have experience with motor controls, VFDs, industrial automation systems, and CMMS/SAP
Are physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, stand/walk for extended periods, and safely work around energized systems and moving machinery
