As a senior associate focused on Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and Family Office marketing for the U.S. Private Bank, you will work with the UHNW / Global Family Office marketing team and business partners to develop marketing strategies, drive priority initiatives, plan, execute and measure key strategic projects and marketing campaigns, and solve day-to-day business issues. You will also help drive the adoption of next-generation marketing tools and strategies, including the use of generative AI, to elevate our client engagement and position J.P. Morgan as a leader in marketing innovation. Job Responsibilities
Spearhead the development, execution, and launch of dynamic, targeted marketing campaigns and nurture journeys for UHNW clients and prospects that highlight J.P. Morgan Private Bank's breadth, capabilities, and solutions and demonstrate how they can benefit UNHW families. (e.g., build targeted digital webpages, email newsletters, LinkedIn advertisements)
Partner with marketing and business partners to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for strategic focus areas (e.g. develop value proposition, build web landing page, manage post-event follow-up), using generative AI and advanced marketing technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness, personalization, and operational efficiency.
Measure marketing campaign performance and optimize for maximum results. Build and maintain readouts; monitor KPIs, identify insights, and recommend optimizations across channels, creative, audiences, and journeys.
Project manage an end-to-end strategy to drive the creation, research, and amplification of our flagship client survey and report-partnering with business and content teams to ensure methodological rigor and turn research findings into actionable marketing narratives, campaign content, and executive-ready presentations.
Track competitor and peer activity in the UHNW/family office space; synthesize trends, positioning, messaging, channel strategies, and implications for marketing planning.
Partner with business intelligence, analytics, and technology teams to identify the strategic framework for interest tagging and measurement and reporting, and create segmented target lists for marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
4+ years of marketing strategy experience
Bachelor's degree
Strong project and people management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to deliver messages clearly and succinctly
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards under time pressure
Experimental mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and scale new marketing approaches, especially applications of Generative AI
Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into insights and recommendations (comfortable tracking against KPIs, and marketing funnel measurement)

A strong business acumen, preferably in the UHNW (ultra high net worth) Wealth Management space.
A roll-up-your-sleeves, go-getter and a structured thinker who connects channel-level tactics to the broader marketing and business picture.
Skilled and comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization.
Track record of driving innovation and measurable business results.
Familiarity with developing competitive briefs, market scans, and positioning summaries.
