Job Posting: Warehouse Clerk

Location: Springfield, TN 37172

Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

Employer: Kelly Services (Hiring for our client)

Requirements: Background Check & Drug Test Required

Responsibilities:

Monitor merchandise received and shipped from the facility.

Log inbound and outbound discrepancies, such as wrong product, incorrect quantity, or damages.

Prepare routine reports and file shipping/receiving documents to help coordinate damaged and defective products, ensuring proper accounting and handling.

Communicate effectively with Front Office clerk to order office supplies and restrict unauthorized access to the receiving/loading dock.

Collaborate with various departments, supporting all work that contributes to achieving organizational goals.

Understand inventory layout within the facility and communicate effectively with inbound/outbound clamp operators and carriers regarding pick-up and drop-off schedules.

Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to generate shipping/receiving documents (pick-lists, put away lists, load sheets, outbound BOLs).

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to maintain a flexible and positive attitude

Experience with WMS systems preferred
