Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description

Responsibilities

Operate a Cherry Picker to efficiently handle warehouse operations.

Palletize and wrap a minimum of 13 pallets per night.

Load outgoing trucks with precision and accuracy.

Process customer orders daily to meet their expectations.

Work across various process paths including receiving, picking, packing, or shipping.

Package and label shipments according to standard operating procedures, including documentation for hazardous materials.

Ensure proper storage of inventory.

Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in operating a Cherry Picker and RF scanner gun.

At least 1 year of warehouse experience.

Experience in order picking, receiving, shipping, and packing.

Knowledge of inventory management and material handling.

Ability to stand and move about the warehouse for extended periods.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (copy or transcript required).

Ability to read and write in English.

Capability to lift, carry, and push up to 70 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally.

Desire to work as part of a team, yet able to work independently and solve problems quickly.

Work Environment

Work in a very clean, fast-paced warehouse environment. The standard working hours are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM or 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime available after shifts. The role requires the use of steel-toed boots, and you will be part of a team that values precision and safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHINO, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
