Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a Contract position suited for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and can manage a steady flow of administrative tasks. The role involves front-desk support, phone coverage, record maintenance, and accurate data handling while helping the office run efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide courteous front-line support to visitors and staff.

Maintain organized office records, update administrative documents, and ensure information is entered accurately into internal systems.

Perform a range of general clerical duties, including filing, scheduling, correspondence support, and document preparation.

Welcome guests and handle reception activities in a courteous and organized manner to create a positive office experience.

Assist with day-to-day office coordination by monitoring administrative needs and helping keep workflows on track.

Review data for completeness and accuracy before entering or updating records to support reliable reporting and documentation. Requirements - Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar clerical role.

Ability to handle inbound phone calls professionally and route messages with accuracy.

Strong data entry skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable performing receptionist and front-desk responsibilities in a busy office setting.

Proficiency with standard office tools and general administrative procedures.
