What you'll do:

Lead execution of strategic business plans by identifying customer and operational needs and removing obstacles to optimize performance.

Develop, communicate, and adjust priorities while measuring progress against performance standards.

Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a collaborative team environment and conducting regular evaluations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support business objectives and enhance collaboration.

Drive negotiation strategies and lead complex discussions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Utilize data analytics and market insights to inform account planning, forecasting, and decision-making.

Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
