Location: Houston, TX (77058)

Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary / Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Must be available for overtime as needed)

Pay Rate: $23 hr

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Receptionist to join our team in Houston, TX! In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for greeting, signing in, and communicating with employees, clients, and guests as they enter and leave the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate front desk and lobby area activities to ensure a welcoming environment.

Manage security and access control database entries for visitors and employees.

Submit facilities work requests as needed.

Maintain logs and accurately record lobby activity.

Perform administrative and clerical support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience: High School Diploma (or equivalent) required, along with 1+ years of professional receptionist experience.

Technical Skills: Proficient with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual skills are a plus!).

Key Traits: Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Professionalism: Professional attire and customer-service-oriented attitude required.
