As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, support badge and visitor processes, and maintain a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with site personnel, and contribute to a caring, reliable team culture built on integrity and teamwork at Allied Universal.

Sun05:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports.

Observe for potential hazards, property damage, and policy violations, promptly communicating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
