Production Associate - Weekly Pay | Up to $17/hr | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

Location: Fredericktown, OH

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday

3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday

4x10 schedules may be available on select shifts

Overtime may be required based on production needs

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate / Machine Operator, you will help keep production running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities may include:

Operating and monitoring production equipment

Cross-training on different machines and processes

Loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed

Checking products to make sure quality and machine specifications are met

Identifying and removing non-conforming parts from production

Reviewing and following manufacturing documents and work instructions

Reporting equipment, quality, process, or documentation issues to leadership

Troubleshooting and recovering minor machine faults

Performing tool changes and assisting with preventive maintenance

Working around coolants, oils, and other industrial materials

Supporting other departments as needed

Performing other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing

Machine operation

Assembly

Warehouse work

Material handling

Fast-paced, hands-on work environments

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience is preferred

Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift

Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks

Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Willingness to cross-train and support multiple work areas

Dependable attendance and punctuality
