As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Access Verification in Orlando, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a premier resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to guests, visitors, and team members. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Day Time

Mon07:30 AM - 04:00 PM

Thur07:30 AM - 04:00 PM

Fri07:30 AM - 04:00 PM

Sat07:30 AM - 04:00 PM

Sun07:30 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of resort buildings, guest areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor for security-related hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations, and document observations and incidents in required reports.

Maintain a professional armed presence while following applicable laws, licensing requirements, post orders, and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
