Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Wed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking areas, service corridors, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.

Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry to restricted areas in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to hotel leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
