As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Customer Service in Seattle, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a public transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service to riders, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $29.93 / Hour

Day Time

Mon04:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Tue04:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun04:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at transit facilities.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of stations, platforms, parking areas, transit centers, and surrounding perimeters to help identify and report unusual conditions.

Monitor access points, assist with directing individuals to appropriate transit resources, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity according to site procedures.

Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel and public agencies as needed.

Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least two years of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

A guard card or license is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
