Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a Clinical Nutrition Manager position at Hackensack Meridian Southern Ocean Medical Center, a 176-bed community hospital in Stafford Township, NJ, located in Southern NJ, at the gateway to Long Beach Island.

You'll oversee daily nutrition services, drive program excellence, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. In this position, you'll ensure regulatory compliance, manage clinical operations, and support both team development and client satisfaction while making a meaningful impact on health outcomes.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $89250 per year - $115500 per year

Lead daily clinical nutrition operations for a large account, system, or multiple contracts, overseeing both non-exempt and entry-level professional staff.

Requirements

Education Requirement:

Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines

OR, for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024: Bachelor's degree meeting ACEND requirements.

Management Experience: 1-2 years

Related Experience: 1-3 years

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) via CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire

Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire where applicable.
