As a Security Officer - Headquarters Patrol in San Antonio, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a utilities location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.74 / Hour

Mon07:00 AM - 05:30 PM

Tue07:00 AM - 05:30 PM

Wed07:00 AM - 05:30 PM

Thur07:00 AM - 05:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a utilities location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, perimeter areas, and utility infrastructure to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor and report unusual conditions, hazards, equipment concerns, and suspicious activity to appropriate site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Control access for authorized personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles; verify credentials and maintain accurate activity reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
