Material Handler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Hudson, NY

Pay Range: $19.00/hr

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Use electric or hand jack to deliver and remove product to and from the production lines in a timely fashion.

Load and off-load trucks and containers manually or with the use of jacks.

Stock material in their appropriate locations.

Ensure all material in house is properly rotated and undamaged.

Maintain knowledge of material's location throughout the facility and keep the warehouse clean and organized.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience working in a warehouse environment

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to perform duties in a facilities environment with exposure to loud noises, temperature extremes, and hazardous materials

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate material handling equipment
