Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $28-$30

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (time is subject to change)

What's a typical day as Administrative Project Coordinator? You'll be:

Coordinating field travel for commissioning engineers and technicians to ensure optimal resource deployment across project sites.

Maintaining project tracking systems and organizing project documentation, reports, and deliverables for multiple concurrent commissioning projects.

Supporting quality management systems by tracking completion of checklists and coordinating audits and document review processes.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have 5+ years of administrative, project coordination, or operations support experience.

Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Are proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
