As a Sales Support Associate, you will:
Support new customer account set up and modifications
Prepare and submit project bookings and utilize CRM System to manage and maintain customer and opportunity information through sales stages
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues relating to customers, accounts, booking submissions etc.
Provide ad-hoc training/coaching, support and guidance to sales representatives
Review requests from customers for onshore restriction decisions
Assist sales executives with document management and obtain US Government Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses for legal review
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma, state-recognized GED
2+ years of administrative experience and organizational skills
1+ years of experience with Salesforce, BookIT, SAP and/or KeySpot
2+ years of strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Able to work overtime hours when required.
Ability to travel 5% - Occasional travel will be required for important team gatherings, project kick-offs, strategic discussions, or training
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree
4+ years of administrative experience
2+ years of experience with Salesforce, BookIT, SAP and/or KeySpot

The pay range for this position is $44,696 - $76,622 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
