Role Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) , you will play a pivotal role in shaping how users discover, adopt, and engage with our premium subscription offerings.

You will bridge product strategy and market execution, driving subscription growth while influencing product development through deep consumer insights, market analysis, and strategic storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Research, Business Strategy, and Marketing, requiring strong leadership, analytical rigor, and customer obsession.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Google Home Premium offerings.

Drive growth across the entire customer lifecycle, including awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and advocacy.

Develop positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and launch plans that resonate with target audiences.

Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Analytics, and Business teams to evaluate new features, subscription models, and growth opportunities.

Provide market @context, competitive intelligence, and trend forecasting to inform roadmap decisions.

Help validate business models and market opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Create content strategies and messaging frameworks that align with brand standards and product goals.

Collaborate with creative, content, and production teams to deliver scalable, high-impact customer experiences.

Required Skills

9+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Subscription Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related fields.

Proven experience leading go-to-market strategies for consumer technology products, services, or subscription businesses.

Strong understanding of subscription economics, customer lifecycle management, and growth frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.

Experience translating data and consumer insights into business recommendations and marketing strategies.

Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Location: San Francisco, CA, 94111 (Hybrid)

Pay Details: $123.00 per hour
