Bilingual Product Marketing & Training Manager
Location: Mansfield, MA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (in-office presence will be important for video productions, product demonstrations, etc.)
Compensation: $110,000-$118,000 annually
Bilingual Requirement: Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, required
Kelly is seeking a Bilingual Product Marketing & Training Manager to work with our client, a long-established direct-selling company, on a direct hire basis. This newly created role is responsible for translating product features, benefits, and usage information into compelling, easy-to-understand content. It will develop the strategic content outlines, messaging direction, and product expertise that enable the Communications and Creative teams to bring content to life.
The ideal candidate brings cookware or housewares experience, a strong understanding of consumer products, and experience developing product marketing, training, or educational content.
The Bilingual Product Marketing & Training Manager will:
Develop product marketing strategies and content plans supporting new product launches, product education, and promotional initiatives
Translate product features and technical information into clear, compelling consumer benefits and content outlines
Partner with Product Development and Marketing leadership to understand product positioning, target audiences, competitive differentiation, and key selling points
Develop content briefs and strategic outlines for videos, web content, photography, recipes, product demonstrations, and other marketing assets
Support marketing initiatives for both new and existing products to increase consumer awareness, engagement, and sales
Develop product-based training content and educational materials for internal and external audiences
Create clear, user-friendly Use & Care information that helps consumers understand how to properly use, care for, and maintain products
Develop training content for new and existing products, including features, benefits, demonstrations, usage, and best practices
Partner with the Training team to translate content outlines into LMS courses and other training vehicles
Support training initiatives for sales teams, direct-selling organizations, retail partners, and other key audiences
Serve as the product marketing and training content strategist, providing the expertise and direction needed to develop effective consumer-facing content
Partner with the Communications team, which owns final copywriting, by providing strategic content outlines, messaging direction, product knowledge, and creative briefs
Collaborate with Creative on video, photography, product demonstrations, and other visual content
Partner with Digital and Social teams to adapt and deploy content across appropriate channels
Participate in video productions and product demonstrations, providing product expertise and content direction
Work cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, Training, Communications, Creative, Digital/Social, and Sales teams
Develop content that supports direct-selling and consumer education initiatives
Apply an understanding of direct selling to product training, demonstrations, and sales enablement content
Identify opportunities to make complex product information approachable, engaging, and actionable for consumers and sales representatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in consumer products, with cookware or housewares experience required
Fluent Spanish/English communication skills required, both written and spoken
Experience developing product marketing, training, or educational content
Experience supporting product launches and/or brand or product management initiatives
Direct-selling experience strongly preferred
Experience with video, photography, product demonstrations, recipes, or other consumer-facing content is a plus
Experience with an LMS or digital training platform is preferred but not required
Candidates with experience at product-focused consumer brands such as Ninja, iRobot, or similar companies are encouraged to apply
Strong project management, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
