Field Sales Representative (Field Sales & Community Partnerships)

Help launch an exciting new delivery program in Anchorage while building relationships with local business owners. This field-based sales role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, driving business growth, and earning uncapped commission.

What You'll Do

Visit local businesses and introduce a new delivery partnership opportunity

Build relationships with owners and decision-makers in your territory

Qualify prospects and guide them through the application and onboarding process

Manage leads and activity in Salesforce

Support community events, networking opportunities, and local outreach initiatives

Partner with chambers of commerce and business organizations to generate referrals

Travel throughout the Anchorage market (typically within a 1-2 hour radius)

What We're Looking For

2+ years of sales, customer service, or business development experience

Field sales, outside sales, door-to-door, or account development experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

Proficient with Excel and technology tools

Willingness to travel throughout the local territory

This is a Contract position based out of Anchorage, AK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
