Fluor is seeking a highly motivated and organized Site-Wide Capital & Maintenance Project Scheduler to support construction, maintenance, facility, and capital project activities at a Manufacturing Facility in Lima Ohio. This position will serve as the site's primary scheduling and planning resource, supporting project teams, operations personnel, trade partners, and client stakeholders through schedule development, resource planning, reporting, and SmartApp administration.

The successful candidate will play a key role in improving project predictability, workload planning, manpower forecasting, and execution performance while ensuring alignment between project schedules, resource availability, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Scheduling & Planning**

Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules across multiple concurrent projects.

Establish project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activities, milestones, logic ties, and schedule baselines.

Create and maintain master schedules, sub-project schedules, shutdown schedules, and look-ahead plans.

Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, constraints, and recovery opportunities.

Provide schedule updates, progress measurement, and schedule performance reporting.

Coordinate schedule interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and trade partners.

Resource load schedules and support workforce forecasting activities.

Assist project teams with manpower planning and staffing requirements.

Support short-term and long-term site workload forecasting.

Prior experience in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SmartApp Planner are preferred qualifications. Utilization of Smart-App Schedule Platform will be the sole source of scheduling tool with Microsoft Project as backup source.

SmartApp Administration**

Serve as site administrator for SmartApp scheduling and planning tools.
