Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the manufacturing team to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will help you succeed and grow within the organization.

Pay Range: $16
Shift: Second 2:30pm - 11:00pm
What's the Job?
Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.
Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.
Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and promote a safe work environment.
What's Needed?
Production experience required; training will be provided.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
Willingness to work in a physically active environment.
