This role is temporary from September to December 2026 **.

POSITION OVERVIEW**

As a student, you will support the Defence Financing team with a variety of tasks while gaining direct exposure to the sector's financing activities, including:

Perform administrative tasks such as entering data into Excel tables and our CRM system.

Support the organization of prospecting efforts and business development initiatives.

Contribute to networking activities by helping to organize events, campaigns, and provide on-site logistical support.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative, ask questions, learn quickly, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.

Have completed at least one year of post-secondary studies in a relevant field and be enrolled full-time in a post-secondary program.

Excellent written and oral communication.

Collaborative spirit and good interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Bilingualism in French and English is required.
