Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be part of the Distribution Department supporting the fulfillment and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Pay Range:

Shift: 1st Shift M-F (7am-3:30pm / 8am-4:30pm)

What's the Job?

Accurately pick customer orders using invoices, pick tickets, or warehouse management systems to locate products and identify required quantities.

Verify orders line-by-line to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to shipment.

Pack orders according to company standards, ensuring products are protected during transit and heavier items are placed appropriately.

Process shipments using various shipping systems and carriers.

Operate shipping lines and assist with order processing activities.

What's Needed?

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
