Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to leadership and department staff

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries

Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems

Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents

Schedule appointments, meetings, and community events

Assist with data entry and document management

Support intake processes and client services as needed

Order office supplies and assist with general office coordination

Translate and communicate information effectively in both English and Spanish

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and organizational information

Requirements

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Previous experience in an administrative, office support, customer service, or nonprofit environment preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Professional, compassionate, and service-oriented approach
