Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description
Join a fast-paced warehouse team working in a cold storage environment on a day shift from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. You will play a key role in packing, picking, material handling, and operating warehouse equipment to support efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
Responsibilities
Pack and pick items accurately and efficiently to meet daily order and productivity targets.
Perform general labor tasks as needed to support overall warehouse operations.
Operate an RF scanner to manage inventory, track orders, and ensure accurate stock control.
Handle materials safely and efficiently, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including preparing orders and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
Unload deliveries promptly and safely, ensuring items are handled and stored correctly.
Utilize a pallet jack to move items throughout the warehouse as required.
Operate sit-down forklifts and high reach forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve products in the cold storage facility.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and operational efficiency.
Follow all warehouse safety protocols and report any issues or hazards to supervisors.
Essential Skills
Proven experience packing and picking items in a warehouse or similar environment.
Hands-on experience performing general labor tasks in a warehouse setting.
Ability to operate an RF scanner for inventory and order management.
Experience with material handling, including moving, stacking, and organizing products safely.
Background in shipping and receiving, including processing incoming and outgoing orders.
Experience unloading deliveries in a warehouse environment.
Ability to operate a pallet jack to move products and materials.
High reach forklift experience, including safe operation in a warehouse or cold storage facility.
Sit-down forklift experience, with the ability to maneuver safely in tight and busy areas.
Reliability and timeliness in reporting to work and completing assigned tasks.
Flexibility with work schedule to meet operational needs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfort working in a cold storage environment for the duration of the shift.
Residence or easy commute from the Patterson area or surrounding locations.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking, packing, and inventory handling.
Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to safety and adherence to warehouse procedures and guidelines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
