Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor , you will be part of the operations team supporting warehouse and production employees. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills , analytical problem-solving abilities , and excellent communication skills , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Belleville, MI

Pay Range: $36.29/hr. - $41.48/hr.

What's the Job?

Oversee warehouse employees to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and operational objectives.

Conduct daily team meetings, plan workloads, and support shift performance optimization.

Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and address workplace concerns as needed.

Implement problem-solving and workplace organization processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, shop rules, quality procedures, and payroll timekeeping requirements.

What's Needed?

High school diploma with 1-2 years of technical or business school training.

Training in a skilled trades area or equivalent technical training.

10+ years of supervisory, warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, scheduling systems, and basic technology applications.
