Warehouse Operator-Location: Lockhart
Schedule: Full-Time (Must be flexible for overtime, weekends, and evenings)
Pay: $19
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for the safe receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of products while maintaining inventory accuracy and following all safety procedures.
The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, is comfortable operating material handling equipment, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment where accuracy, efficiency, and safety are top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Safely load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, high-reach forklifts, and pallet jacks.
Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory accuracy.
Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Work closely with team members to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience or a related role.
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
High-reach forklift experience is a plus.
Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Preferred Experience
Cold storage or food distribution experience is a plus.
Inventory management and cycle count experience.
Shipping & Receiving.
RF Scanner or Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
Material handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
