Our client, a leading packaging solutions provider, is seeking a Packaging Technician to join their team. As a Packaging Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Technician

Location: St. Peters, MO

Pay Range: $16.00/hr

Shifts Available:

$16/hr | Days: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule

$17/hr | Nights: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule

What's the Job?

Operating production machines to make products (packing equipment, fillers, mixers, bottlers, pallet jacks, case erectors)

Quality Assurance - Ensuring high standards are met

Stacking and palletizing products as part of the production line

Collaborating with team members to optimize production efficiency

Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards

What's Needed?

1+ year of machine operator experience in a production environment (packaging experience preferred)

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently

Steel-Toe shoes

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards

Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time

Background & Drug screen
