As a Security Officer Driver Customer Service Patrol in Los Lunas, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and represent Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting access-related issues in accordance with site procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.

Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications for Allied Universal and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
