As a Security Guard Full Time Warehouse Patrol in Palmetto, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and help deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will support badge and access control processes, assist with screening activities, and provide professional customer service and communication. Mon01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Tue01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Wed01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Sat01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Sun01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading docks, warehouse areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery personnel credentials in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately in required reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have at least one year of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

X-ray screening experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
