Role summary:
The Manager, Insights Consulting role will own the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the Walmart Marketplace Pro Seller Program. This role is responsible for ensuring the program operates reliably, scales efficiently, and continuously evolves based on operational insights, seller feedback, and business priorities.
The Manager, Insights Consulting role serves as the operational backbone of the Pro Seller Program, overseeing program governance, criteria administration, reward operations, release readiness, and operational health. This role partners closely with Seller Support, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other Marketplace teams to identify operational friction, resolve issues, and continuously improve how the program functions.
About the team:
The Pro Seller Program team within Walmart Marketplace Seller Success leads the design, operation, and growth of the Pro Seller Program. Collaborating across Product, Business, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, and Global teams, the group develops seller incentives, refines eligibility criteria, and drives program adoption internationally. The team focuses on strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and cross-functional partnership to support customer trust and Marketplace growth. Members are expected to demonstrate curiosity, ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and practical execution to deliver impactful insights and solutions that advance business objectives.
What you'll do:
Create reports, dashboards and data analytics for the Pro Seller Program, ensuring program health, consistency, and scalability.
Manage ongoing administration of program eligibility criteria, rewards, and operational processes.
Serve as the primary liaison with Seller Support to identify operational issues, seller friction, and improvement opportunities.
Lead operational readiness activities for new program launches, ensuring documentation, processes, communications, and support mechanisms are in place.
Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize operational improvements and resolve program issues.
Develop repeatable operating mechanisms to monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate cross-functional execution while maintaining clear ownership, governance, and accountability across initiatives.
What you'll bring:
Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Strong strategic thinking and systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to simplify complex business problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication and presentation experience.
Ability to influence without direct authority across Product, Business, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to prioritize opportunities, measure impact, and support decision-making.
Experience building business cases, operating models, governance processes, or scalable business programs.
Demonstrated ownership mindset with strong attention to execution, follow-through, and continuous improvement.
Ability to balance long-term strategy with day-to-day operational excellence.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
