Description
Essential Functions: ? Answers the telephone and performs call-ahead request for field technicians. ? Receives and dispatches non-emergency work orders to support daily and emergency operations ? Dispatches orders via Mobile Data and Dispatching Solution ? Monitors, routes, and documents work orders to service technicians; reviews backlogged work orders. ? Coordinates daily operational requirements between internal and external stakeholders ? Resolves scheduling concerns between the company's Call Center, customers, and supervision to achieve optimum results. ? Acts as liaison between the company, customers, state and local governmental agencies in an emergency situation. Competencies: 1. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
