Responsibilities Employee performs a variety of line item, financial, inventory, accounting work for the General Financial Enterprise Systems (GFEBS and Global Combat Support System (GCSS-ARMY) financial programs. Identifies, research, tracks, and correct problems with timely receipt and posting of credits due and received, utilizing both financial and logistical processes. Based on analysis, employee initiates actions to research and correct problem areas. Informs appropriate Command, customer, or performing activity element and monitors to assure implementation of corrective action Evaluates effectiveness of supply financials, administration and operation in comparison to forecasted objectives, obligations, disbursements. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes Experience performing a variety of accounting, budgetary, administrative and analytical functions related to financial management; and (2) Experience utilizing various automated financial systems to maintain financial records or compile financial reports. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). OR Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR Superior Academic Achievement: Successful completion of all the requirements for a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement.
