Warehouse Worker ($19 - $21/hour)

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker to support shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving materials, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating warehouse equipment safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.

Pick, pull, package, and label orders accurately.

Prepare and ship products, including shrink wrapping and palletizing.

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.

Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

Collaborate with team members to meet shipping and production deadlines.

Qualifications:

Warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Experience with shipping, receiving, order picking, and material handling.

Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.

Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing warehouse environment within the aerospace industry. You will work around production and shipping areas where materials, components, and finished products move frequently through the facility. The position involves regular use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink wrap machines, as well as handling pallets and packaged goods. The workday typically involves standing, walking, lifting, and working in a structured, process-driven setting that prioritizes safety and organization.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
